To participate in Attic '08 it is necessary to validate the inovation title presenting a photocopy of the oficial document.

The only inscriptions that will be admited are the patented ones or ones that have not yet iniciated their commercial devolopment or even the ones that are being commercialized for the first time this year.

Strictly, inventions will not be submitted if they have been presented in previous editions of Galáctica. Exceptions can be made however if the invention clearly shows that is has been re-tooled and now includes components not previously seen.

The inventions presented must be either 1) a prototype, 2) detailed, scale model, or 3) through audio visual presentation.

The governing board or Attic '08 reserves the right to not allow certain inventions to be presented if it is determined that their participation goes against the general interest of the fair and/or their inclusion would be detrimental to image of the fair
